About Lee
Lee Johnson enjoys full membership of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) qualified in 2010, and now operates as a Chartered Practice. He is also an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB) and has over 35 years’ experience in the building industry.
Lee started his career working for the prestigious firm of Architects, Broadway Malyan, based in Weybridge, Surrey. He spent 2 years working in Architectural Conservation on a myriad of historic buildings and refurbishment projects. During his later career, he worked for Architectural practices in Guildford and Chichester, where he became Associate Director.
Since moving to Devon in 2010, Lee has worked for the Dartington Hall Trust in Totnes. As Project Manager he headed-up their extensive refurbishment project. More recently, as Contracts Manager, Lee has worked for a medium-sized Contracting firm in Torbay and an Architect's Practice in Kingsbridge. Lee successfully launched his own Practice over three years ago.
